At Natulogique, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products. Due to the nature of personal care items, please review our return policy carefully.
1. Returns Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns/refunds on opened or used skincare products.
We only accept returns/refunds under the following conditions:

The product is unused and unopened (factory sealed)
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you of approval or denial.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return an unopened product and place a new order.

Natulogique reserves the right to dispute chargebacks for delivered products. We maintain shipping confirmations and tracking records to prevent fraudulent claims.
