Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipping carrier selection will vary depending on destination, package weight, and delivery speed.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $45

  • Orders under $45 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days after processing
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Natulogique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Natulogique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
